Svetlana has over 10 years of experience with billing and coding for physicians of many different specialties. She successfully manages Best Billing, LLC since 2007. Svetlana received her Bachelor degree in Computer Science in 1991. After moving to the United States, she started her career as a medical biller and coder. She completed Billing/Coding program at Oakton Community College, then she became certified by AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association) and AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders). Svetlana also currently teaches Medical Billing and Coding Program at Oakton Community College. She has developed educational programs for the Medical Billing Practices Course and Medicare Course. She successfully prepares students for CCS-P & CPC certification exams.

Alex received his Bachelor degree in Economics in 1994. In 1996 he successfully completed his Accounting Certificate Program. He has extensive experience working as an accountant for various businesses. He completed Billing/Coding program at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines IL, receiving his Medical Billing Specialist Certificate. Alex has been successfully working in medical billing business for several years. As Administrative Assistant Manager Alex oversees day-to-day office operations, administers insurance contracting and physicians credentialing, manages Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and Commercial appeals, generates and analyzes periodic practice reports. Alex’s knowledge and expertise is always there to be shared with both clients and patients in a personal and friendly manner.

Having received her Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Olga completed Billing/Coding program at MS Medical Billing School, Skokie, IL in 2003. The same year she got certified in Business Communication from College of Lake County. Olga has over 8 years of extensive experience in medical billing field. As Head of Psychiatry & Psychology department, Olga supervises and trains office staff, oversees 30-day billing cycle, follows up incorrectly paid claims, manages BCBS and Commercial appeals, audits claims for accuracy. Working in close contact with the providers, Olga has been praised for her diligence and dedication.

Head of Family Medicine Billing Department

Pursuing her career in medical billing, Diana earned her National Healthcare Association Certificate as a Medical Coding Specialist and has been working in the medical billing and coding field for a number of years. Diana has Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Management, also adding to her resume another Bachelor Degree in Economics. Diana is responsible for providing ICD-9 and CPT coding trainings to new employees. She revises insurance fee schedules and monitors monthly Medicare policies on a regular basis, prepares and analyzes daily, weekly and monthly practice reports.
